The water tank wire drawing machine is a compact, continuous metal wire processing equipment widely used in the production of steel wire, copper wire, aluminum wire, and various electrical wires and cables.
Typically equipped with 2 to 4 tower wheels immersed in a water tank, this machine precisely controls wire specifications through a continuous drawing process, capable of processing incoming wire with a diameter of 1.6-6.5 mm into outgoing wire of 0.3-2.4 mm.The water tank system simultaneously provides cooling and lubrication during drawing, making it particularly suitable for processing high-hardness wires prone to overheating, such as stainless steel. This effectively maintains optimal temperature and surface condition for both wire and dies, ensuring consistent drawing quality.
The standard complete set includes a pay-off machine, water tank wire drawing machine, and trunk type wire take-up machine. This model supports 12-18 drawing passes with a maximum processing speed of 720 m/min, enabling efficient production of steel wire, copper wire, aluminum wire, and cables.
